Republican Governors pledge to refuse Obamacare – but Corbett isn’t one of them.

Rick Perry of Texas is the latest republican governor to announce that his state will not accept the medicaid provisions of Obamacare.

According to Fox News “At least 18 governors now say they are at least considering not expanding Medicaid — effectively exploiting the one part of the ruling that came down in Republicans’ favor. Previously, the law called on states to expand their Medicaid rolls and threatened to withhold money to those states that did not agree. The Supreme Court nixed that prescribed punishment, taking away the federal government’s stick. “

Here’s hoping the governors stick to their word.

Unfortunately, Tom Corbett is not among the GOP governors who are standing up to the feds on this issue.

Please contact your state senators and representatives and express your opposition to Obamacare in Pennsylvania. Please contact the governor’s office also and let Governor Corbett know you are opposed to his position. Be respectful, and ask him to reconsider the position that he is placing Pennsylvania in with regards to the burden on the state.
